So it has been brought to my attention that I have a problem. This problem is one that has been in my life for a long time but yet I do nothing about it because it's not really something that is treatable. It is the fact that I build up a wall and dont let people in to see my real and true feelings?
Any suggestions?

I know I'm your mom so I see things differently, but I've always thought that you wear your heart on your sleeve. Not sure who told you that you've got a wall built up, and I'm not sure I agree. But if it's someone who you respect, and you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have your best interest at heart, maybe it's something to pray about.
